imash collects as little as possible. Here's what we store, why, and for how long.
Browsing this site
We do not add analytics, tracking pixels or marketing cookies. Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data needed to deliver and protect the site. The light or dark theme preference stays in your browser. The booking page loads Cal.com, which processes request and booking data under its own privacy terms.
Running the free website audit
When you submit the audit form, we collect your email address and the website domain you asked us to check. We use the email to send your private report link. We also fetch the submitted page, capture a rendered homepage screenshot, score it, and store the resulting report under a random report link rather than an account.
Generating the model reading
The report includes a model-generated reading of the submitted homepage. It is produced with Cloudflare Workers AI inside Cloudflare's infrastructure using page content already stored for the report. We may keep the inferred business profile with the enquiry record so we can understand the submission if you contact us.
Fraud and abuse prevention
Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process browser and request information as part of that check. We also keep rate-limit counters based on request information such as an IP address; stale counters are removed automatically.
Booking a call
The booking page uses Cal.com's scheduler. The details you enter there, such as your name, email and notes, are sent to Cal.com and made available to us for the meeting. Cal.com is an independent service with its own privacy practices. You can email hello@ima.sh instead if you prefer not to use it.
How long it's kept
Audit reports and their homepage screenshots stay available for 30 days, after which they're deleted automatically. Enquiry records are business records and are not deleted by the audit cleanup job. Cal.com sets the retention period for information submitted through its booking service.
Your choices
If you want an audit report or enquiry record deleted, do not want contact about a submission, or prefer not to use Cal.com, email hello@ima.sh. Include the report link when relevant. Elaman will reply to the request directly.
