Do we need to know which platform we want?
No. Start with the users, workflow and current constraints. If an existing platform still fits, we will work with it rather than recommend a change for its own sake.
Do you only work with Drupal?
No. Drupal is imash's deepest platform specialty, but the main services are organized around the problem rather than a particular technology.
Can you improve an existing site without rebuilding it?
Often. An assessment can separate the work that needs structural change from updates and improvements that can be made in the current system.
